Spence Field Shelter is a three-sided backcountry shelter located at Spence Field in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It serves Appalachian Trail hikers and is accessible only by foot via trails from multiple trailheads. The shelter provides basic protection with sleeping platforms for 12-14 people and a nearby privy.
