Spacious Skies Balsam Woods is a full-service campground nestled near Moosehead Lake and the Appalachian Trail in central Maine. The campground offers spacious RV sites with full hookups (water, electric, sewer) accommodating rigs up to 75 feet, as well as water/electric-only sites, tent camping spots with fire rings and picnic tables, and cabin rentals (3 deluxe cabins with bathroom and kitchen, 3 rustic cabins). Both 30-amp and 50-amp service available. Amenities include a heated pool, rec hall, playground, gem mining, camp store, snack bar, ice cream counter, coin-operated laundry, and shower house. Many campsites have cable and wi-fi services. The property features hiking trails, ATV trails, and is located minutes from Piper Pond.
