South Carlson Pond is a backcountry campsite on the Superior Hiking Trail in northeastern Minnesota. The pond that was historically at this site has been drained due to spring flood damage to the beaver dam. Water is available approximately a quarter mile north at a Carlson Creek crossing on the trail.
