Several good camping spots around Snow Lake, accessible via Snow Lake Trail #185 (5.6 miles one-way, 900 feet elevation gain) in Idaho Panhandle National Forests. The trail follows an old skid road, popular for hikers, hunters, and fishers. Surrounded by timber despite lower portion logging. Trailhead accessed via Snow Creek Road #402 from US 95 near Bonners Ferry. Additional Info: Season: Mid-June to October.
