Smokey Cubs Recreation Site is a BLM-managed campground with 8 campsites at the base of the Beaverhead Mountains near Leadore, Idaho. Located 4 miles northeast of Leadore on Highway 29 near Bannock Pass. The Nee-Me-Poo (Nez Perce) National Historic Trail and Continental Divide National Scenic Trail run nearby. Activities include camping, biking, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, OHV riding, picnicking, scenic driving, and wildlife viewing. Amenities include toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings. Pets are allowed. No hookups, water, showers, or dump station.
