Perched on a ridge within Point Reyes National Seashore, Sky Campground requires a 1.7-mile hike from the Limantour Road parking area to reach its 12 walk-in sites. The trail starts with a steady uphill climb for the first half-mile before leveling out through coastal scrubland and scattered trees. Amenities include picnic tables, fire rings, food lockers, drinking water, and vault toilets. Campers must pack in firewood as gathering is prohibited. Sites vary in exposure, privacy, and views of Drakes Bay.
