Sixes River Campground

Sixes River Campground offers 19 campsites tucked into a forested hideaway along the Sixes River. It's an excellent destination for picnicking, swimming, and wildlife viewing. Popular activities at the campground include camping, fishing, sightseeing, gold panning, and water play. Sixes River Campground is shaded by towering big-leaf maple, oak, and Douglas-fir trees that provide abundant cover throughout the campground. Additional Info: 19 campsites including RV pad sites, accessible sites, and day use area. Managed by BLM Coos Bay District Myrtlewood Field Office. Open Memorial Day to September 30. First-come, first-served. No hookups. Vault toilets available. Dogs on 6-foot leash. Poison oak present.
