Site touristique Chute à l'Ours is located in the heart of the boreal forest of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, along the Ashuapmushuan River. The site offers 250 camping sites (with and without services), 21 rental chalets (classic, log, and elevated styles), and motel rooms. Amenities include a heated semi-Olympic pool with biomass heating, sports facilities (volleyball, pétanque, mini-golf), a restaurant with bar, over 5 km of riverside hiking trails, direct access to the Véloroute des Bleuets cycling route, and VTT trails. Winter activities include snowmobile relay station with access to regional trails, snowshoe trails, and year-round chalet availability. Electric vehicle charging stations and kayak/paddleboard launch facilities are available.
