Silver Lake Park is a foothills park located 40 minutes east of Bellingham with boating, fishing, boat rentals, and camping in three campgrounds. Cedar Campground offers 12 standard tent campsites and 3 double-size tent campsites (no hookups, not recommended for RVs over 25'). Maple Creek Campground features 45 standard RV sites with water and electric hookups, 2 double-size RV sites with hookups, and 4 pull-through sites with hookups. Red Mountain Group Camp has 15 RV campsites with water and electric hookups designed for large groups (maximum capacity 90 people). All campsites include picnic tables and fire pits with grills. Facilities include drinking water, flush toilets, and vault toilets. There is no cell service or Wi-Fi at Silver Lake Park. Camping season runs April 10 through October 26.
