About this site
One of three backcountry campsites on Silver Island Lake in Superior National Forest. Access is by boat through the boat launch at the rustic campground. There is a 300 yard portage from Silver Island Lake to T Lake, and a portage from T Lake to County Road 7. No garbage pickup; pack out all garbage including fish remains.
