Silver Crown Campground is located in Curt Gowdy State Park between Cheyenne and Laramie in the Happy Jack Mountain area. The campground sits along Crystal and Granite Reservoirs with multiple camping loops offering varied site types. The park operates year-round with sites ranging from $10-$200 per night. Amenities include flush toilets, coin-operated showers available 24/7, potable water in every loop, and a central dump station. Electric and water hookups are available at select sites, accommodating RVs up to 50 feet. Boating and kayaking are permitted on the reservoirs. Reservations are required May 1 through September 30, with first-come availability during shoulder seasons. Cell service is limited throughout most of the park.
