Silver Creek Marsh Campground is located 30 minutes south of Silver Lake, Oregon. The Silver Creek March Campground offers campsites at a popular fishing spot along Silver Creek in a beautiful forest setting. This spacious, timbered camp offers pastoral meadow and marsh views and great camping. There are 15 campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, two vault toilets, horse corrals, and potable water. You can enjoy bird watching, fishing, and hiking besides horseback riding. For horses, you'll find large corrals with about six stalls that can accommodate 10-12 horses. There are also five hitching rails. On site is Silver Creek March Trailhead which provides access to the Fremont National Recreation Trail #160 - Northern Segment. You'll find good signage on this section of the trail with mile indicators and directions. Additional Info: The campground operates first-come, first-served year-round. From October 16 through May 14, the campground operates with reduced services and potable water is not available. Stays are limited to 14 consecutive days. Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings. The area is popular for fishing, bird watching, hiking, and mountain biking.
