Shingle Creek Dispersed Camping

Shingle Creek dispersed camping area is located in Fishlake National Forest approximately 35 miles southwest of Richfield, Utah and 30 miles northeast of Beaver, Utah. The area features several different camping opportunities ranging from grassy meadows to areas of mixed sagebrush and pinyon/juniper at lower elevations, and aspen with mixed conifers at higher elevations. Dispersed camping areas can be found along Shingle Creek Road (FR-114). There are no bathrooms or water provided. Campers should use existing camp sites and natural rock fire rings. Camping is limited to 16 days and the area is open to ATV use. Popular activities include ATV trails, hiking, horseback riding, and stream fishing. Extreme caution is advised during adverse weather as the road becomes very slick.

Several nice grassy areas around a stream. Cows roam around freely. Dirt road in may not be suitable for large rvs.
