Shin Pond Village is a 100-acre family owned and operated recreational resort nestled in the heart of northern Maine's Katahdin Region. It offers 7 campsites (4 of which are on the brook), 25 water/electric RV sites, 8 housekeeping cottages, 3 guest suites, and 3 waterfront homes on Lower Shin Pond. Campsites are large and uncrowded with picnic tables and fireplaces. RV sites have water and electric hook-ups and views of Mt. Chase. Additional facilities include a country store, public showers (May-Nov), laundry, full-service dining, lounge with satellite TV, and gas/oil. Additional Info: Open year-round with 41 total sites. Pet friendly. Pull-through sites available. Big rig friendly.
