Shields River Dispersed Site is a primitive, no-fee, first-come-first-served campground in the West Crazy Mountains on the Yellowstone District of Custer Gallatin National Forest. It offers 6 campsites with a maximum vehicle length of 22 feet. Restrooms are available but potable water is not provided. Open 6/16 – 12/1; call for road conditions when wet. Pack-in/pack-out; no trash pickup or firewood.
