Shi Shi Beach Camping
About this site
Shi Shi Beach offers backpacking campsites scattered along the beach and in the forest within Olympic National Park wilderness. Access is via a 2-4.5 mile trail featuring boardwalk, muddy road bed, and sandy beach, with 200 feet elevation change to sea level. Three pit toilets are available: one at the south end of campsites in the woods at the park boundary, one behind wooded campsites on south side of Petroleum Creek, and one near Willoughby Creek. Wilderness permit required for overnight stays. Best season April through October.
