Shell Rock Recreation Area Campground offers 27-30 electrical hookup sites on grass pads, accommodating tents and RVs, along with several tent camping areas. The park provides access to the Shell Rock River for fishing and boating, a fishing pond with accessible dock and cleaning shed, boat ramps, canoe access, modern restrooms with showers, picnic shelters, playground, horseshoe pits, and a replanted prairie.
