Shell City Landing Campground is located in Huntersville State Forest on the Shell River, part of the Crow Wing River Canoe Route. It offers 19 primitive campsites with cleared areas, fire rings, picnic tables, vault toilets, and drinking water. Swimming, fishing, and canoeing access is available. All sites are first-come, first-served with fees paid on site. Pets are allowed. Additional Info: Managed by Itasca State Park. Open in fall. No showers, electric, or sewer hookups.
