This is a double chickee located out in the open water of Florida Bay. It is fairly exposed on all sides. The approach to the chickee is in shallow water and may be difficult at lower tides. Access - From Flamingo Marina take Tin Can Channel east to Buoy Key and Shark Point. From the east follow nautical chart. Additional Info: Double chickee platform with vault/composting toilet. Requires backcountry camping permit. Maximum 6 people per platform.
