Road conditions: Gravel road with some overgrown grass and trees AWD - 4x4: not necessary Traffic: didn't see anyone Spot conditions: Shade and and dirt spot. Level: for the most part, needed the levelers to even it out. Cell reception: 4G T-Mobile Starlink: No Solar: No General: Shady area and perfect if you don't need starlink or solar. Good for a warmer day in the sun. Bike trails nearby but far enough away that you can't hear anything. People said there was a shooting range nearby but didn't hear anything while here.
