Seven Mile Campground
About this site
Seven Mile Campground is located in Seven Mile Provincial Recreation Area, 48 km southwest of Caroline on Hwy. 591. This medium sized campground in the valley of the Clearwater River has basic camping facilities for hikers and horseback riders, though it has no equestrian facilities. The use of OHVs is permitted at this campground. Please keep OHVs on established roadways within the recreation area. This campground is maintained by the Friends of the Eastern Slopes Association, a non-profit organization that operates campgrounds through positive and proactive volunteer efforts. Purchasing a FOESA annual membership is highly encouraged and appreciated to help operate and maintain this campground. Recent changes to the recreation area regulation under the Public Health Act have affected provision of drinking water in this campground – we cannot absolutely guarantee that water from hand pumps is free of pathogens because of the risk of ground water contamination. As a result, Alberta Parks recommends that you bring your own drinking water. Additional Info: 36 unserviced sites, first-come first-served.
