SECRET BLACKSTONE SITE 1 (Camping Area) Additional Info: Backcountry campsite along Blackstone Lake accessible via the Secret/Blackstone Lake Trail system in Superior National Forest. The site features a fire grate and latrine. Backcountry campsites are non-reservable and free. The trail system offers scenic overlooks 30-80 feet above Blackstone, Secret, and Ennis Lakes. Wildlife viewing opportunities include beavers, painted turtles, black-throated blue warblers, and blackbacked woodpeckers. Pets are allowed. Located approximately 20.5 miles northeast of Ely, Minnesota via State Highway 169 and Moose Lake Road.
