Seabee Park is owned and operated by the City of Abilene. It's one of two city parks located at Lake Fort Phantom Hill, this one being situated at the lake's southern end. Seabee Park has a campground with four (4) sites. There are no electric, water, or sewer hookup here. There is no dump station either. Additional Info: Primitive camping only with 4 sites. Flush toilets available; no drinking water. No fee or reservations required (48 hour limit). Picnic tables and fire rings at sites. Fishing and boat ramp access. Open daily 5:30 AM to midnight.
