Schoen Lake Provincial Campground
About this site
Schoen Lake Provincial Park offers nine vehicle-accessible campsites and walk-in sites on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations accepted. Amenities include pit toilets, picnic areas, firewood, and boat launch. The campground is pet-friendly with a maximum trailer length of 32 ft. It is closed from November 1 to March 31 due to slide risk and snow. Activities include canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking on unmarked trails, and winter camping. Additional Info: Operated by Namgis First Nation. Located 140 km north of Campbell River via gravel Davie Road. Park covers 8,430 hectares with old-growth forests and wildlife habitat.
