Schodack Island State Park Campground offers 66 campsites in two loops: Creekside (sites 15-66) and Riverside (sites 1-14). Sites 1-43 provide 50-amp electric service; sites 44-67 are primitive without hookups. Pull-through sites accommodate RVs up to 50 feet. Amenities include modern bathhouses with showers, flush toilets, drinking water, dump station, picnic areas, playgrounds, boat launch for kayaks/canoes/small boats, multi-use trails, bike trail, fishing access, volleyball courts, and horseshoe pits. Reservations via ReserveAmerica up to 11 months in advance. Creekside Loop open April 24 to November 15, 2026; Riverside and Overflow/Bicycle May 1 to October 11/November 15, 2026. Pets allowed. Carry-in carry-out trash policy.
