Scab Creek Small Vehicle Campsite 5 is one of the individual sites in the BLM-managed Scab Creek Small Vehicle Campground within the Scab Creek Recreation Area. This free, first-come first-served campground offers 12 sites including one group site, suitable for tents and small vehicles/RVs. Vault toilets and potable water are available. No pack stock allowed. 14-day stay limit. Located at 8,200 feet in the foothills of the Wind River Mountains, providing access to Scab Creek and Scab Lake trailheads into the Bridger-Teton National Forest and Scab Creek Wilderness Study Area. Open May to mid-November, weather permitting; closed November 15 to April 30.
