Sawbill Lake Campground

Sawbill Lake Campground is a Superior National Forest facility with 51 campsites in two loops, 27 reservable and the rest first-come, first-served. It serves as a base for Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness access, with canoe rentals nearby. Sites accommodate large RVs and motorhomes, some with partial lake views. Amenities include picnic tables, campfire rings with grills, vault toilets, drinking water, dump station, and trash/recycling. Additional Info: Sites are $20/night (plus $10 for second vehicle). Maximum 9 people per site. Pets allowed on leash. No showers. Open seasonally, typically May to September.
