Santa Rosa Yellow Post Site #12 is one of 14 remote campsites scattered across the high ridges of Santa Rosa Mountain in San Bernardino National Forest, offering isolated scenic spots ideal for tent and car camping. Each site includes a fire ring and picnic table but lacks developed amenities. Water is available only at Sites 3 & 4; restroom near Sites 10-14. Trash services not provided—pack in, pack out. First-come, first-served, no fees, 14-day limit, max 8 persons and 2 vehicles. Accessed via Forest Road 7S02 (Santa Rosa Truck Trail), which requires high-clearance or 4WD vehicles. Additional Info: Dogs must be leashed (max 6 feet). Campfire permit required for stoves or fires. Road may not suit low-clearance vehicles or trailers over 20 feet.
