Santa Rosa Yellow Post 5 is one of 14 remote campsites scattered across the high ridges of Santa Rosa Mountain in the San Bernardino National Forest, offering isolated scenic spots ideal for tent and car camping. Each site includes a fire ring and picnic table but lacks developed amenities. Water is available only at Sites 3 & 4; restrooms are near Sites 10-14. Trash services are not provided—pack in, pack out. All sites are first-come, first-served, open year-round, with a 14-day camping limit and 8-person/2-vehicle maximum. Campfire permits required. Accessed via unpaved Forest Road 7S02 (Santa Rosa Truck Trail), recommended for high-clearance vehicles.
