Sand Flats Recreation Area Campground F
About this site
Sand Flats Recreation Area features over 140 individual campsites across eight campgrounds marked A through G and Juniper, plus six reservable group sites. Campsites are first-come, first-served (except group sites via Recreation.gov), with picnic tables, metal fire rings, and nearby vault toilets. Bring your own drinking water—no potable water available. Sites limited to 10 people and 2 vehicles. Popular for mountain biking (Slickrock, Porcupine Rim) and 4x4 trails (Fins and Things, Hell's Revenge). Campground F requires 4WD access, is exposed with few trees, near Fins and Things trail exit, and has pit toilets.
