Sand Creek

Sand Creek is a free, first-come-first-served campground managed by the National Park Service on the Saint Croix National Scenic River in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. The campground features designated tent sites along the riverway corridor with direct access to the Wild and Scenic River system. Amenities include vault toilets and drinking water. The location provides paddling access to multiple river segments and is within the historic canoe route connecting the Mississippi River to Lake Superior. Camping is limited to 3 consecutive nights per site, with individual campsites accommodating a maximum of 8 people and 3 tents.
