Probably offering the most spectacular views of the North Rim, Saddle Mountain Overlook has only a few previously-used places to camp, although dispersed camping is technically allowed anywhere as long you don't drive beyond 30 feet from the side of a road. Additional Info: Dispersed camping area in Kaibab National Forest near Grand Canyon North Rim, accessed via 16.5 miles of bumpy Forest Road 611 and 610 from Highway 67. Suitable for any vehicle but not recommended for motorhomes or trailers. Offers canyon rim views and short hikes including to Point Imperial. 14-day stay limit. Pack in/pack out; no services.
