Sabe Vista-01
About this site
Sabe Vista is a primitive dispersed camping area along the Magruder Corridor (FS-468) in the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests, Idaho. It offers scenic views of the surrounding mountains and is accessible via high-clearance vehicle on the rough Forest Service road. Follow Leave No Trace principles: camp 200 feet from trails and water, use existing fire grates if available. Additional Info: Located near Sabe Saddle with access to trails including Sheep Hill Trail #575 leading to high mountain lakes and the fire lookout tower (10-mile hike). Nearby trailheads provide access to Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness.
