Russell Gates Memorial Fishing Access Site offers primitive camping along the Blackfoot River in Lolo National Forest near Bonner, Montana. Facilities include toilets, drinking water (seasonal 5/1-9/30), primitive campsites, picnic tables, fire rings, trash service, and a gravel boat ramp for non-motorized boating. There are 12 designated campsites with a 7-day stay limit. Activities include fishing, camping, rafting, and hiking. Small camping fee required with valid fishing license. Additional Info: Part of the 26-mile Blackfoot River Recreation Corridor with 16 public access sites. ADA moderate accessibility. Pets allowed. Fires permitted.
