Roundup Group Horse Camp
About this site
Roundup Group Horse Camp is located 12 miles from the entrance to the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. For groups with or without horses visiting the South Unit, this campground is open from May 1 to October 31. Facilities include toilets, drinking water (may be unavailable in May/October), and picnic tables. The site accommodates tents, trailers, and RVs (no hookups or dump station) for up to 20 people with 20 horses or 30 people without horses. Hikers and horseback riders can access approximately 70 miles of trails nearby. All wheeled vehicles and trailers must remain on roadways or pads. Water fill station available at Cottonwood Campground. Additional Info: Group site only. Park does not take reservations; first-come, first-served.
