Rosebud Isle Fishing Access Site is a state fishing access site located in south central Montana east off of Highway 419 at Fishtail. Follow road past the post office and through a small group of private cabins. Fishing may be enjoyed on Fishtail Creek (West Rosebud Creek). Camping is permitted but facilities are limited to restrooms. Features primitive campsites, hand launch boat access, and 8 camping spots right on the river. Elevation 4465 ft. Size 10.91 acres. Open all year. Additional Info: Vehicle/trailer length limit 20ft. Maximum stay 7 days. Discharge of weapons prohibited year round. Managed by Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks.
