Dispersed camping is permitted at Upper Roman Nose Lake (Lake #3), accessed via Trail #165 from the Roman Nose Lakes trailhead parking area. The site is in a remote sub-alpine setting in the Selkirk Mountains with fishing opportunities. No potable water or restrooms at the lake; vault toilet available at lower trailhead area. High-clearance vehicle required for rough access road to trailhead. Season of use June 15 to October 15 (weather dependent).
