About this site
Rochon Sands Campground offers sites suited to both RVs and tents, including open spots near the lake and others nestled into the surrounding forest. There are a handful of walk-in tent sites as well. Enjoy lots of beach and lakeside activities here: swimming, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, power boating, fishing, birding and wildlife watching. The campground is managed by the Summer Village of Rochon Sands. Reservations are required and can be made on their website. Firewood available at park office. Potable water is not available in the campground. Non-potable water will be provided at taps. Campers can access potable water at the Park Office in smaller amounts. Additional Info: The campground operates seasonally from May 13th through October 15th. There are 69 unserviced campsites suitable for RV use and 5 walk-in tent sites. Amenities include boat launch, fish cleaning station, pit toilets, firepits, playground, and sewage disposal station. Dogs are welcome but must remain leashed. Generator use is permitted.
