Accessible only by boat, this campground is located near Ridgeville and Mariner's Roost. Total of 3 units. No piped water. Additional Info: Ridgeville Island Boat-In Campground is a remote, primitive camping destination on Trinity Lake within the Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity National Recreation Area. Located on the east point of Mule Creek cove, the campground operates year-round on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservation system and no camping fees. Vault toilets and picnic tables are available at each site. Campers must bring all necessary supplies including drinking water and pack out all trash. Dogs must be on a 6-foot or shorter leash. Boat ramps are available at Clark Springs, Cedar Stock Resort, and Minersville.
