Rice Lake Site 3 is one of two remote dispersed campsites on a 222-acre lake in the Superior National Forest, accessible only by foot or boat via portage from Rice Lake Road or Poplar River. Each site includes a fire grate and latrine. Pack out all garbage. Nine people maximum per site. Additional Info: Located in the Tofte Ranger District with connections to multiple lakes for paddling adventures. No potable water or restrooms at the site.
