Reed Bingham State Park encompasses 1,613 acres centered around a 375-acre lake popular for boating, fishing, and paddling. The park offers 46 spacious campsites with full hookups, including both back-in and pull-through sites with electric, water, and sewer connections. Modern amenities include bathhouses with hot showers, laundry facilities, and a dump station. Sites feature picnic tables and fire pits, with some offering 50-amp service and cable TV hookups. The lake provides excellent fishing for bass, crappie, catfish and bream, with boat ramps, docks, and boat rentals available. Paddlers can rent canoes and kayaks to explore waters lined with fragrant water lilies and tupelo trees. Additional facilities include picnic and group shelters, hiking trails, miniature golf, volleyball, playgrounds, and outdoor exercise equipment. A primitive paddle-in island campsite is also available for adventurous groups.
