Sites feature concrete or paved pads, fire rings, picnic tables, and tent pads, with many sites providing elevated views of Colorado Springs and Fort Carson. The campground is part of a larger state‑park system that includes multiple loops (Swift Puma Heights, Gobbler Grove, and the Meadows) and over 50 full‑service campsites. Additional Info: Each loop has flush toilets and coin‑operated showers, and the camper services building includes a coin‑operated laundry room and activity room with historical displays. The park offers 20 miles of trails, an amphitheater, playgrounds, and wildlife viewing, with mule deer frequently spotted around the campground. Reservations are required and can be made online or by phone through Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
