Ragtown Recreation Area is located on a high bluff overlooking Toledo Bend Reservoir in Sabine National Forest. Owned by USFS and operated by Sabine River Authority of Texas. Offers 13 single-family campsites ($5/night) and 12 double-family campsites ($8/night). Each site has picnic table, tent pad, parking spur, and campfire ring. Features include double-lane boat ramp, 1-mile hiking trail, hot showers, flush toilets, drinking water, RV dump station. Day use $2/vehicle. Pet friendly with leash requirements. Known as bird watcher's paradise with views of lake sunrises.
