Puc Puggy Campground is located in Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, the oldest state park in Florida. It offers 50 campsites in a large loop, including 28 sites with water and electric hookups (30/50 amp) suitable for RVs and trailers, and 19-33 walk-in tent-only sites. Each site has a table, fire ring, and grill. Amenities include two bathhouses with showers, a dump station, and plenty of shade. The area features abundant wildlife including bears, bison, wild horses, snakes, and squirrels; food storage precautions are required. Sites are mostly deep, level, and big-rig friendly.
