Price Creek Campground
About this site
Nestled along the Pioneer Mountain Scenic Byway of southwest Montana, Price Creek Campground provides many recreational opportunities for any outdoor enthusiast! It is part of the Dillon Ranger District of the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, the largest national forest in Montana, and an easy drive to multiple full service communities. Dillon is approximately 46 miles southeast and Butte 65 miles northeast. Wise River is a small rural community 28 miles to the north that has a post office and small convenience store and gas station. Additional Info: 28 camping units accommodating tents and trailers up to 30 feet. Vault toilets, drinking water from hand pumps (available through mid-September), picnic tables, and fire rings at each site. Bear-resistant food storage boxes available. No garbage service; pack in, pack out. No cell service. Open mid-June through September, weather dependent. 21 first-come-first-served individual sites and 1 reservable group site.
