Prairie Island Campground
About this site
Family-friendly campground located on the Mississippi River with approximately 177 spacious campsites. Most sites have water and electric hookups; two primitive sites accommodate tents and hammocks. Two cabins are also available. Amenities include flush toilets, showers, drinking water, trash and recycling, dump station, swim beach, dock, boat launch ramp, basketball area, community pavilion, picnic area, and office/camp store. A 15-hole disc golf course is adjacent to the campground. Outdoor recreation includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, water sports, swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, picnicking, and wildlife viewing. Water craft rentals available.
