POWELL COUNTY DISPERSED REC SITES (Camping Area) Additional Info: Paragon Dispersed Camping Area is a primitive camping area with ten designated campsites, some with lantern posts and fire rings. The area is located off KY 519 on a narrow portion of Cave Run Lake which provides calm paddling conditions for non-motorized boating. The site design allows for easy vehicle access all the way to the water's edge. Trash collection is available seasonally. Open year-round, 24 hours/day. No fees required. This site will become unsafe and/or inaccessible if lake levels rise above 733 feet. Check current lake levels before your visit.
