Free dispersed camping at Poverty Kiosk OHV Staging Area, a BLM-managed site just east of Zion National Park along State Highway 9. This unimproved staging area features a map kiosk and serves as an entry point for OHV trails and Parunuweap Canyon WSA. No water or other amenities available. Also used for grazing. Accessible via a short 0.4-mile hard-packed dirt road. Fair to moderate cell service.
