Additional Info: Poverty Kiosk OHV Staging Area is a BLM-managed free dispersed camping area and OHV staging point located just east of Zion National Park along State Highway 9 near Mt. Carmel, UT. Accessed via a short 0.4-mile hard-packed dirt road off Hwy 9 (BLM Road #70). No amenities including water or toilets. Popular with OHV users on weekends but quieter during the week. Entry to Parunuweap Canyon WSA.
