Primitive camping and day use area on Porter Lake in Apalachicola National Forest with fishing access and paddling into Ochlockonee River floodplain forest channels. Trailhead for Florida National Scenic Trail. Primarily used as hunt camp during general gun season; non-hunters allowed but wear safety orange. Amenities include parking, picnic tables, toilets, and natural well (not potable). Free, first-come first-served, 14-day limit. Bring own water; no hookups, showers, or trash service.
